Please note, we only accept returns if there is an official return form inside your returned package.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately we do not exchange products due to limited stock. Do you need another size? Please return the item, and order the correct size.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
Items must be not be worn, washed or damaged and should be in the original packaging with the hygiene seal in tact.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. If you return an item and it gets lost in transit, we are not responsible and we cannot refund your return item(s).
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for a refund.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
RECIEVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We are really sorry to hear this! Please email us at email@example.com with images of where the item is damaged so we can determine the next course of action. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
