WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
To benefit from duty exemptions on UK orders, we suggest keeping your total under £135. For larger purchases, consider splitting your order into multiple smaller orders to stay below the duty threshold. Note that while duties may be waived, standard local taxes will still apply at the time of delivery.
Please be aware that Vinny Body does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@vinnybody.com within the hour of purchase. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Amsterdam. Please refer to the table above for an estimation of when your parcel will arrive based on your destination.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe.
WHY IS MY SHIPMENT TAKING LONGER THAN STATED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
To keep international shipping costs low and reduce our environmental impact, we ship via PostNL (unless stated otherwise in the table above).
Unlike express air cargo, PostNL primarily relies on cost-effective ground transport across regional networks before handing your package over to your local postal service (such as USPS, Royal Mail, or Australia Post) for final delivery, which significantly lowers carbon emissions per parcel. Because delivery speed depends on international transit times and local postal processing, occasional delays can happen—especially during peak periods or customs clearance.
